How
do I book?
|
You can
either book online or by calling 07782 126 757. When booking it will
help us if you can tell us the supplier and model of your furniture,
for example MFI, IOS Bedroom Suite.
Please ensure you have your furniture's assembly instructions as we
may need to refer to these in the event of missing or damaged parts. |

What
areas do you cover
|
We operate
mainly in the West Yorkshire area but can reach anywhere in
Yorkshire or Lancashire with relative ease. depending
There may be additional charges for traveling to jobs outside of our
region. Our charge will depend on the location and the amount of
work you have for us. Please contact us
for further details. We will consider work anywhere in the UK. |

Who
Uses Flatpack Heroes?
|
Our services
are used by homeowners who may not have the time to assemble their
furniture or who may prefer someone else to do the job.
We also offer our services to businesses (to build office desks
etc,), furniture retailers who may wish either to offer their own
customer the service or for us to help build in-store displays, and
to landlords providing furnished property rentals. |

Is
there a minimum charge?
|
We have a minimum charge of
£30 which will include work up to that value. An exception to this
is when we return to finish a job after parts were missing on our
first visit, in which case we will agree a price with you before
leaving.

How
do I pay?
|
| Our staff
will collect payment when the job is complete and issue you with a
receipt. You can pay by cash or cheque (if accompanied by a valid
guarantee card). |

Will
you move any furniture?
|
| To help us
be more efficient please ensure your furniture is placed where it
will be going. Please also ensure we have enough room to work in. |
|
|
Do
you remove any packaging?
|
| Although we
cannot remove the packaging we will make sure as much as possible is
placed in black bags and your home or office is left tidy. |
|
|
What
happens if parts are missing or defective?
|
We will
advise you of how to obtain replacements and reschedule our visit.
We may levy a small charge for returning to complete the job.
To avoid this please try and check all parts are available before
contacting us if at all possible. |
